Mr. Frank Ramirez, CEO

Mr. Ramirez is an entrepreneur with demonstrated skills in commercializing complexity premiums in changing markets, building execution teams, and raising capital. He was a founder and managing member of CES LLC, a start-up that has developed innovative energy solutions for mission critical facilities, and the founder and former managing director of Structured Capital Management, a successful boutique investment bank specializing in complex asset securitizations. Mr. Ramirez is a former principal of Alex Brown and Sons, a former managing director of Bear, Stearns and Co., and began his career as a staff attorney for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Ramirez serves on the Board of The Children’s Hospital of Colorado, serves as Vice President of Scoutreach for the Western Region Board of the Boy Scouts of America, and as a trustee of the Longs Peak Scout Council Board. Mr. Ramirez formerly served as a trustee of the Stanford University Graduate School of Business Trust, the Executive Committee of the Pacific Skyline Council of the Boy Scouts of America, the Advisory Board of the Stanford Center for Chicano Research, and the Board of Trustees of the Colorado Outward Bound School. Mr. Ramirez received a B.A. in economics from Stanford University; a J.D. from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley; and an M.B.A from Stanford University.
