Brandon McNeil
Brandon McNeil serves as Executive Vice President of Manufacturing and Operations for Ice Energy. Brandon first assumed oversight of manufacturing and operations as a VP in 2013 and was promoted to EVP in fall of 2014. Brandon currently oversees all activities related to the sourcing, assembly, delivery and service of the company’s flagship product, the Ice Bear 30.
Brandon began his career with Ice Energy in 2004, when it was an early stage startup, and has filled eight unique positions with the company over the last ten years. These positions have ranged from sales and marketing to program management, operations, finance and manufacturing. The length of his tenure and breadth of experience within the company have prepared him well to understand and manage the many details associated with effectively deploying the company’s grid scale utility solutions.
Since assuming the role of Program Manager in fall of 2010, Brandon has been directly involved in managing nearly a dozen utility projects or programs resulting in several million dollars of revenue, has developed over two dozen new business systems and/or processes and was named the Ice Energy Employee of the Year in 2010.
Brandon was promoted to Director of Business Operations in March of 2012 and assumed oversight of all program deployment efforts, including program related marketing and sales. In this role, he was also responsible for overseeing all finance and accounting related activities along with developing and implementing company wide systems and processes.
Brandon graduated Magna Cum Laude from Colorado State University in 2005 with a BS in Business Administration and concentrations in Marketing, Management and Entrepreneurship. At graduation, Brandon was named a Top 10 Graduating Senior, an honor awarded by vote taken among his professors.
