The heat exchangers for the Ice Bear® Systems were installed in the existing duct work down stream of the conventional air conditioning. The Ice Bear® Units are used as the first stage of cooling. As outdoor air temperature rises the conventional cooling will stage in as needed. “[Before the Ice Bear® Units were installed] we saw a 25 degree delta T with the conventional equipment. With the Ice Bear® Systems on-line we now see a 45 degree delta on the system output.
